What do you actually do?
I build and run creative teams. Day to day that means creative direction, brand strategy and the operations behind them, briefing, reviews and handover workflows, financial tracking, and making sure work consistently ships to a high standard.
Are you available for new engagements?
I'm always interested in a conversation - whether that's scoping a brand engagement, building out a creative team, or comparing notes on creative leadership. Most of the best projects I have been involved with have started off as a half hour chat.
Where are you based, and do you work remotely?
I'm originally from the UK, now based in central Portugal and work internationally. Everything I do runs remote-first, so location has never been a constraint for the teams or clients I work with.
What kind of work is the best fit?
Brand strategy, creative direction and creative-operations work - especially taking loose groups of practitioners and turning them into high-functioning teams. Most of my recent experience is across Web3 brand engagements, but the team-building fundamentals and the knowledge of design travel anywhere.
